About the initiative

Strengthening entrepreneurs’ financial and digital skills

We believe in entrepreneurship as a way to drive economic development. That is why we have created programs that combine entrepreneurial and financial education for small businesses in Latin America. Our initiatives are tailored to entrepreneurs’ daily realities, offering easily accessible digital learning, specialized mentoring, and effective strategies to boost their businesses. In this way, we promote the social and economic inclusion of micro and small businesses, helping close the gaps that hinder their growth.
Strategic partnerships
Since 2022, we have been supporting women-led businesses in partnership with Emprende Pro Mujer in Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Uruguay, and with Aliança Empreendedora and Barkus in Brazil. Through this initiative, we offer free training in financial and entrepreneurial skills, facilitate access to advanced training, and build a support network among experts and women entrepreneurs in the region.
“Ganhaê”: a program with different approaches
The “Ganhaê” program brings together four initiatives aimed at strengthening the creative economy and supporting diverse groups of entrepreneurs. Its actions celebrate culture and expand the economic potential of entrepreneurial communities throughout Brazil:
  • “Ganhaê, Mulher”: an initiative that empowers Brazilian women entrepreneurs, offering free WhatsApp-based training in management, finance, credit, and investments, with access to mentoring and seed capital.
  • “Ganhaê, Nas Ruas”: financial and entrepreneurial education for street vendors through a WhatsApp bot.
  • “Ganhaê, Pernambuco”: providing training in management, digital skills, and sales for artisans, artists, and entrepreneurs taking part in FENEARTE, promoting local culture and boosting income.
  • “Ganhaê, Amazônia”: seeks to prepare entrepreneurs in Belém, Brazil for major events, such as COP 30, with practical training in management, finance, and marketing.
