Through Mercado Libre, we strive to build customer loyalty by offering benefits such as curated and exclusive content, free shipping, a transparent returns system, and a variety of discounts and promotions on products to enrich their experience within our ecosystem.
Our logistics network reinforces this commitment, ensuring fast and reliable deliveries. As part of our expansion plan, in 2025 we opened 32 major logistics centers, with cross-docking and fulfillment facilities, in addition to 65 last-mile network projects, including new openings and expansions.
Through Mercado Pago, we offer simple and secure access to essential financial products and services, such as payment methods, credit, investments, and insurance.
In Argentina, more than 2.5 million young people already use digital accounts with financial features. At the same time, financial education is gaining momentum: in 2025, more than 8,000 young Argentinians participated in the Financial Education Olympics, which mobilized hundreds of schools across the country to promote knowledge about personal finance, digital security, and the responsible use of money. In Brazil, we consolidated this agenda through initiatives targeted at strategic audiences. Internally, we developed a financial education course for employees, focusing on training, certification, and regulatory compliance, which reached 1,468 participants. For external audiences, we made financial education content available on the Mercado Pago Blog and promoted the training of 86 journalists in partnership with leading institutions, with the aim of strengthening the quality of public discourse on personal finance and financial inclusion.
Furthermore, we have developed monitoring and planning tools that facilitate the conscious use of money, such as the AI ​​Personal Assistant for digital accounts, which allows users to perform more than 60 types of actions, including balance inquiries, payments, transfers, and investment scheduling, through voice or text commands in a conversational interface. Today, we are one of the highest-rated fintech companies in the region, with the highest NPS in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and Mexico.
We focus on technology and artificial intelligence to improve the user experience, making our solutions safer, more efficient, and more personalized. AI is present throughout the ecosystem, helping to prevent fraud, protect users and merchants, support risk analysis in financial services, and ensure the secure use of the platform. It also enables more agile interactions in customer service, in addition to personalizing recommendations and optimizing processes, making the user journey simpler and more efficient.
